Sri Lakshmi Narasimhaswamy Brahmotsavam is going on in the famous shrine Dharmapuri. As part of the Brahmotsavam, Sri Ugra Lakshmi Narasimhaswamy will be worshiped in Brahmapushkarini on Wednesday.

In the evening, the ceremonial idols of Swamy were taken out from the temple and with the melatalas and Govindanamasmarana processions were held by devotees along with Raga Koneru (Brahmapushkarani) in a beautifully decorated Hansavahanam. Devotees came in large numbers and witnessed the Teppotsavam. After that, in the Bhoga Mandapam in the middle of Koneru, the dolotsava was performed by swinging the Swamy.

Devotees sprinkled flowers and offered bhakti. Devotees visited Swamy in queue line. Earlier, special pooja and homa were performed for Swami in the temple.

DCMS Chairman Dr. Ellala Srikanth Reddy, Municipal Chair Person Sangi Satthemma, Devasthanam Renovation Committee, Members Indarapu Ramaiah, Vemula Naresh, Stambham Kadi Mahesh, Inuganti Rama Venkateshwar Rao, Gampula Ramesh, Chukka Ravi, Gunisetty Ravi, Gande Padma, Komuraiyaya were present in the program. Devasthanam Evo Srinivas, local public representatives, officials and others participated.
