NOB- Dharmavaram news: A gift will be sent from AP to Ayodhya Ram Mandir. The weavers of Sri Satyasai district will make a silk saree and offer it as a gift to Sita Devi. After working for 4 months, this saree was made with a length of 60 meters. Its value is estimated to be around five lakhs. The saree was designed by Nagaraju and woven on the loom by Surendranath and his son Teja. Handloom families say that they feel lucky to get a chance to gift a silk saree for Seethamma of 60 meters long. The borders of this sari are woven with images of the entire Ramayana. They are computer generated and displayed on the fringes of the silk saree with modern technology. They said that the silk saree worth Rs 5 lakh is made entirely of quality silk. Before being sent to Ayodhya, this saree was put on display for the public at Dharmavaram. After the consecration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Nagaraju and Surendranath’s family members planned to carry the saree.
