NOB-New Delhi news: MLC Kavitha judicial custody extended in Delhi liquor case. Kavitha’s judicial custody has been extended for another 14 days. Rouse Avenue court extended Kavita’s judicial custody till May 7^th 2024. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s judicial custody has also been extended till May 7^th 2024 in the same Delhi liquor case. Kavita’s bail petition in ED case was heard in Rouse Revenue Court. Advocate Zoib Hussain argued on behalf of the ED. Zoab, counsel for ED, said that Kavitha should not be granted bail. The counsel for the ED explained that Kavitha’s arrest was done legally. It was revealed that Kavitha was arrested in accordance with Section 19. On April 11^th 2024, CBI arrested Kavitha from Tihar Jail. With the permission of the court, she was taken into three days custody and interrogated. Later, when she was produced in the court, Kavitha was sent to judicial custody for nine days.
