
NOB- Nampally news: AP CM Jagan filed a petition in Nampally CBI court for permission to go to London with his wife Bharti on May 17th 2024. Jagan told the court that he was going to meet his daughters. CBI counter filed not to give permission to Jagan to go to London. CBI said that 11 cases are already being investigated against Jagan and it is not right to give him permission to go abroad at this time. Jagan is the main accused in every case, says CBI. The CBI told the court that Jagan’s main case will be heard on May 15th 2024. Jagan’s lawyer told the court that he had gone abroad several times in the past and had not violated any court rules. Right to Travel Abroad is the right granted by the Constitution said Jagan’s lawyer. Jagan’s lawyer asked the court to allow him to go abroad. Both arguments complete. CBI adjourned the verdict to 14th of May 2024.
