Is the goddess of justice not blind?

NOB_Is the goddesses of justice blindfolded?

NOB-Bharat news:  Some changes have been made in the new statue of the Goddess of Justice in the Supreme Court. The blindfold of the goddess of justice was removed and the constitution book was given in place of the sword in her hand. This is a historical moment in the Indian judiciary itself. The symbol of the Judiciary has completely changed. Blindfolding the Lady of Justice is a big deal. Many people have doubts about this that the law has no eyes. It is against this background that the new Nyayadevata statue ordered by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud is completely different. The statue of Justice has no blindfolds to change the law as the eyes of the new statue. The black cloth tied over the eyes is not visible. In fact, the blindfolded law shown in the old statue is not appropriate for today’s generation, the blindfolded woman statue is telling people that everyone is equal before the judiciary. But in the new Nyayadevata statue, the law is not blind and gives the message of equality. But the law was an eye opener. Instead of a sword, we see that the Constitution book is the instrument of law, which says that the Constitution is the instrument of law. Also the earlier blindfolded statue is somewhat of a colonial origin. The new statue looks like an Indian woman. In a way, it looks like a goddess of justice. It seems that this type of symbol has been changed to say that the goddess of justice and justice will not tolerate injustice in the judicial system from now on.
