NOB- Hyderabad news: A Disproportionate Assets Case has been registered against Herur Nikesh Kumar, Asst. Executive Engineer (Presently Under Suspension) of Irrigation Department, Hyderabad. ACB Officers conducted searches at his residence along with 19 other places linked to him and his relatives. Rs.17,73,53,500/- Valuable (As per Market Value) movable and Immovable properties including Plots(5), Agriculture Land (6.5 Acres), Flats (6) and Commercial Spaces (2) were identified. Earlier he had been caught by ACB on 30-05-2024 for accepting Rs.1,00,000/- bribe for issuing the NOC for construction of a building. ACB said to dial 1064 for Reporting Corruption.
