Sensational facts are coming to light in the Meerpet woman’s murder case on the outskirts of Hyderabad. It is known that a retired army jawan named Gurumurthy, who works as a security officer in DRDO, has brutally murdered his wife Madhavi. It is reported that while the Gurumurthy couple were residing in Venkateswaranagar, Meerpet, he grew suspicious of Madhavi and brutally murdered her. On the 13th of this month, he murdered his wife. After that, he filed a missing complaint with the police, saying that he did not know anything. When the police interrogated him in their own way, it was reported that he confessed to the truth. Currently, while Gurumurthy is in police custody, it is known that he told the police about the details of the murder. The details are as follows. There had been a fight between the couple for some time. Gurumurthy had grown suspicious of his wife. In this process, he planned to kill her. As part of the fight, he sent two children to his grandmother’s house for the Sankranthi festival. On the same night, that is, on the night of the 13th of January 2025, a fight broke out between the couple. Madhavi, in anger, took out her mangalasutra and threw it at Gurumurthy’s face. Gurumurthy, enraged, hit her head against the wall. Madhavi collapsed in a pool of blood with a severe head injury and died. Later, he planned to dispose of the body. He cut the body into pieces using knives and sharp weapons (a mutton cutting knife) available at home. He cooked the body parts in a water heater and a pressure cooker. He cut them into small pieces and dried them on the roof of the house. He ground the skull and other bones into powder. He wrapped them in covers and threw them in the Jillelaguda pond. He then cleaned the house using phenol and other chemicals so that there were no blood stains. Two days later, on the 16th of January 2025, when Madhavi’s parents came home, he told them that she had a fight with him and had gone somewhere. On the 18th of January 2025 as if he did not know anything, he went to the Meerpet police station with Madhavi’s mother and filed a missing complaint. The police registered a case and detained Gurumurthy on suspicion. The real story came to light during the investigation, it was learned that he had confessed to killing his wife. However, the things Gurumurthy is saying, which makes the scene look like a movie, are confusing the police. It is believed that it is not possible for him to cut his wife into pieces, clean her without leaving a single drop of blood, cut her body into small pieces, dry them, and throw them in a pond. It is known that no traces of this were found in the house or near the Jillelaguda pond. Did Gurumurthy really brutally murder his wife? Or did he hide her somewhere? The police are continuing their investigation. At present, there is no official statement from the police regarding this case. There is a chance that the full details will be known if the police hold a press meet after the investigation.
