NOB- Hyderabad news:  An accident took place on an MMTS train. A young man attempted to rape a young woman who was travelling alone. In an attempt to escape from him, the young woman jumped off the train and was seriously injured. A young woman from Anantapur district, who was working in a private company in Medchal, went to Secunderabad to get her cell phone repaired and returned by MMTS after finishing her work. While she was travelling in a women’s coach, two other women in that coach got down at Alwal station. After that, a young man (25) tried to rape her who was alone in the coach. To escape from him, she jumped from the train at the railway bridge near Kompally. She was seriously injured in the incident and was rushed to Gandhi Hospital. Based on the victim’s complaint, the police have registered a case and are investigating.
