NOB- Domalguda news: In a commendable display of prompt investigation and coordinated effort, Domalguda Police successfully detected and effected the recovery of stolen property amounting to Rs.17,00,000/- within hours of the commission of offence reported on 26.06.2025. Acting upon a complaint lodged by Gopal Taparia, proprietor of Manbhavana Chit Fund Pvt. Ltd., the police apprehended two accused persons Jethin Raj Yadav (A1) and Souda Abhilash (A2) who conspired to misappropriate the collected amount under the pretext of a road accident. Preliminary inquiry, coupled with scrutiny of CCTV footage and field verification, exposed inconsistencies in the version presented by A1, leading to the unravelling of the planned misappropriation. Subsequent interrogation resulted in the recovery of Rs.14,50,000/- from the residence of A1 and Rs.2,50,000/- from A2, along with seizure of two mobile phones and a Burgman two wheeler vehicle. The operation was carried out under the supervision and guidance of B. Anand, Addl. DCP, A. Yadagiri, ACP, Gandhi Nagar Division, and D. Srinivasa Reddy, SHO Domalguda, along with the Crime Team and Central Zone Task Force, Hyderabad. The exemplary response and effective coordination of the police teams were duly appreciated by the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad. General public, especially those engaged in financial businesses, are advised to remain vigilant and ensure due diligence during employee engagement and cash handling assignments.
