NOB- Telangana news: A person named Bodasu Mahesh from Jagityala district, along with Gaddala Swapna from Nizamabad district, Vishal Singh Nerella Srinivas from Jagityala district, and Nerella Rani Gotrala Balamani from Nerella formed a gang and targeted locked houses in Armur, Nizamabad, Vemulawada, Konaraopet, and Boinapalli areas at night while waiting for the right time to commit theft. On 02-05-2025, they committed theft in Sai Nagar area of Vemulawada town at night, on 23-05-2025 again in Sai Nagar area, on 12-06-2025 Bhagavanta Rao from Vemulawada town Nagar area, on 11.05.2025 at night in Arundhati Nagar area of Armour town, on 16.05.2025 at night in Perakit Vinayaknagar area near Armour, on 25.05.2025 at midnight in Perakit Vinayaknagar area near Armour, on 02.06.2025 at home in Medplus Medical Shop in Armour town, on 02.06.2025 in the morning. On 07.06.2025, in the early morning of Yogeshwara Colony in Armur town, Aadevidanga. On 16.06.2025, in the early morning of Perakit RTC Colony next to Armur, under the leadership of an accused named Bhodasu Mahesh, five accused including Mahesh, who were involved in thefts and were involved in luxuries with the stolen money, were arrested 30.06.2025 morning at the Tippapur bus stand area based on technical means and 12 tolas of gold and a two-wheeler were seized from them. They were be sent to remand. The District SP specially congratulated Vemulawada Town Inspector Veera Prasad, SIs Anil Kumar and Venkatrajam, and staff members Gopal, Pantulu, Latha, Saheb Hussain, Devender, and Samyuddin for their efforts in checking the serial thefts and catching the accused.
