NOB-Kottayyam news: A former Duty Medical Officer of Kottayam was arrested in a sexual assault case on 12.08.2025. Pala native P N Raghavan was arrested on a complaint by a 24-year-old woman. The woman alleged that she was sexually assaulted inside the doctor’s clinic in Pala. The woman had gone to Raghavan’s clinic for treatment on 11.08.2025.
