NOB- Tolichowki news: Received credible information stated that on 13-09-2025 at around 23:00hrs two persons by namely Mohd Saleem, R/o.Flat No.502, Mawin Classic, Sabza Colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad and his friends Mohd Iqbal, were in possession of 10 Kg Deer meat with 3 Head Horns of Deer. Immediately visited the above mentioned spot and found two persons are trying to export/supply the Deer meat in their Four wheeler vehicle Br. No.AP09BT4716(Bollero).

Accused:

1.Mohd Saleem Moosa S/o Mohd Moosa, Age:47yrs, Occ: Doctor, R/o. Flat No.502, Mawin Classic, Sabza Colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, Ph. No.9885581391.

2.Mohd Iqbal Ali s/o Mohd Osman Ali, Age:48yrs, Occ: real Estate Business, R/o.H.No.11-4-444, Bazarghat, Nampally, Hyderabad. Ph. No. 7680946152.

During the search seized approx. 10 kgs of deer meat along with Four wheeler vehicle Br.No.AP09BT4716(Bollero), three pairs deer horns which is prohibited were found in possession of individuals suspected to be involved in illegal hunting and possession of wildlife products.  The seized Deer meat and two accused persons has been handed over to the Forest Department (Forest Beat Officer) for further investigation for involved in this illegal activity. The public is hereby requested to cooperate with the Police and Forest authorities in protecting wildlife. Any information regarding hunting or illegal possession of Prohibited animal products may be reported immediately to the nearest Police Station or Forest Officials for necessary action. The possession, trade, or transport of deer meat and horns is a violation of the provisions under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972. Such acts are punishable with imprisonment and fine as per law.
