NOB-Vikarabad news: Bupati Jaya Shankar, Agricultural Officer, Mominpet Mandal in Vikarabad District was caught by Telangana ACB for demanding a bribe of Rs.1,00,000/- and accepting Rs.50,000/- from the complainant for showing official favour to issue license to a Fertilizer, Seeds and Pesticides shop of the Complainant.
