The project which is said to be established under the name of Sri Ramabhadrapuram City, is near the new collectorate, instead of open plots and flats for sale, only land in 300 acres will be sold. It is noteworthy that they will build villas again in that place after buying it. An acre in that area is Rs. 2 crores. While saying that it will cost 2 crores, it is said that 9 villas will be built in an acre and they will be given in the ratio of 40:60. That means for those who bought 3 of the 9 villas to be built in acre, for the managers of Sri Ramabhadrapuram who built 6. If they do not want those three villas belonging to the customer, the project managers will pay Rs. 1.5 crores means for three Rs. 4.5 crores and they buy it again. They are saying that and also showing in graphics that medical and educational facilities will be built for every 10 villas and the infrastructure is shown through graphical design only.
