The health condition of renowned spiritual guru and controversial Swami Nityananda is extremely critical. He needs immediate treatment. In these circumstances, political asylum was sought from the Sri Lankan authorities. A letter was written to Sri Lankan President Ranal Wickrama Singhe on behalf of Nithyananda, who granted him political asylum for immediate medical services.

In this regard, Nithyananda promised to pay the entire expenses for the medical services. Moreover, if political asylum is provided in Sri Lanka, they have promised to invest heavily in Sri Lanka. However, the President of Sri Lanka has to respond to the letter written by Nithyananda Swamy.

Nithyananda, who was arrested in the rape case, was released on bail. After that he fled from the country without attending the court hearing. He bought an island in the country of Ecuador and named it Kailasa country and declared it as his own country and declared himself as the president of that country.
