NOB- Prakasam district news: On the orders of Prakasam District SP, a SI from Veligandla Police Station visited a hostel in Kanigiri town. On this occasion, a detailed awareness program was organized for students about the ‘Shakti App’ specially designed for safety and emergency assistance. The students were explained about the key features of the app, how to use it in emergency situations, and how to get immediate police response. The SI suggested that women and girls can get immediate help through the Shakti App in any kind of trouble or danger, and every student should download this app. The police said that such awareness programs will continue across the district for the safety of the people, especially the protection of women.
