NOB- Karimnagar  news: Eegala Madhusudhan, age: 50, Superintendent at the O/o Joint Director Works Accounts (WA), Karimnagar, was taken into custody by the Telangana ACB officials for demanding and accepting bribes totalling Rs.14,77,003 via UPI transactions between September 15, 2022, and September 20, 2023. By utilizing a benami account at Bhadradri Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd. to receive these bribes, Eegala Madhusudhan, performed his duties dishonestly, offering official favors such as concealing or correcting discrepancies in files pending scrutiny and approval. In case of demand of bribe by any public servant, public are requested to contact Anticorruption Bureau Telangana toll free number 1064 for taking action as per law.
