NOB-Telangana news: The “Toli Mudda” (First Morsel) breakfast scheme for children attending Anganwadis across the state has been launched. Under this initiative, children will be provided with “ready-to-cook” food mixes such as Upma and Khichdi for their breakfast. Chief Minister Revanth formally inaugurated the scheme on 28.03.2026 within the premises of the State Assembly. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister remarked, “Mental development in children under the age of six is contingent upon their receiving nutritious food. It is the lack of proper nutrition that leads to various health issues. For this very reason, the government has introduced this scheme.”
