NOB- Srikakulam news:A huge blue whale washed up on 27.07.2023 evening between Old Meghavaram – D. Maruvada beaches in Santabommali mandal of Srikakulam district. It is about 25 feet long and weighs five tons. It is dead. Fishermen say that this fish is called blue whale. As it looks like a strange creature with its huge size, a large number of people from nearby villages flock to see this blue whale. The sea, which looks pleasant with blue color, has been turbulent for the last week due to the influence of low pressure. The waves are crashing in the sea. The fishermen believe that the blue whale must have died in this sequence.
