NOB- Mumbai news: American woman Lilitha Kai (50) was found tied to a tree by a shepherd in Sindhudurg forest area, 540 km from Mumbai. The police found her American passport and Aadhaar card with Tamil Nadu address and took the victim to the hospital. Lilitha Kai is an American woman who wrote on a piece of paper that her husband had captured her and she had not eaten for 40 days and showed it to the hospital staff.
