NOB- Gangadhar mandal news: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officers conducted raids on Anil, the secretary of the Gram Panchayat of Madhuranagar in Gangadhara mandal. Initial information is that the ACB team had caught in a trap after a complaint was received that the Panchayat Secretary was taking bribe. Going into details, it is reported that a person had demanded Rs. 10,000 from a person for the house bill of Indiramma, a member of the Gram Panchayat of Madhuranagar. When the victim informed the ACB officers about this, they laid a trap with a pre-planned approach and caught the secretary while accepting a bribe. The officer has been taken into custody and the ACB officers are conducting searches at the Panchayat office. It is reported that the amount of bribe taken, related documents and records have been seized. Full details are awaited.
