NOB- Telangana news: The ACB, which has already registered a case against the irregularities in Formula E-car racing during the BRS regime, has also collected evidence. However, before KTR was summoned for questioning, he approached the High Court and got temporary relief from arrest. But now the ACB has sent notices to him to appear for questioning. The ACB has asked KTR to appear for questioning at the ACB office on the 6th of January 2025 at 10 am. In this case, the ACB is focusing on the violations committed in the agreement previously entered into by the BRS government with the London-based Formula E-car company. In particular, there are violations such as the formation of a management committee for the management of the BRS government car race before the agreement was signed and HMDA officer Arvind Kumar not taking permission from the government to release funds for the management of the Formula 9 season. On the other hand, the Enforcement Directorate has summoned KTR to appear for questioning on the 7th of January 2025 in the same case. With this, KTR will appear before the ACB inquiry on the 6th January 2025 and the ED inquiry will have to appear the 7th January 2025. With this, it is yet to be seen whether KTR will appear before the ACB and ED inquiries or will approach the court. The ED is supposed to conduct an inquiry based on the evidence collected by the ACB in this case. With this, there is a possibility that the ED will question KTR with the same evidence after the ACB inquiry.
