Amanatullaha Khan, MLA of AAP in Delhi have been arrested today under Arms act as in his premises a country pistol and three  live rounds were found. ACB found  alleged irregularities in Delhi Waqf board recruitment. After ACB raid, the police registered three FIRs. ACB seized 24 lakhs of cash and two unlicensed weapons. The previous Waqf Board CEO also gave a statement against Khan and also issued memorandum against illegal recruitment. ACB team was attacked by Khan relatives and some members at his residence when the team went to arrest him. So police filed a FIR for not allowing the ACB to do their duties.
