Balaswamy said that in the POCSO case registered at the Medak town police station, the accused was sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for life and a fine of one lakh rupees. District Principal Sessions Judge P Lakshmi Sharada, after considering the complete evidence, produced Karnakanti Gopal of Panchmukhi Colony, Medak town, accused in the POCSO case, and awarded rigorous life imprisonment to the accused. A fine of one lakh rupees has been imposed. Public prosecutor SK Fazal Ahmed prosecuted the case. Additional Public Prosecutor Special Trail POCSO Rajkumar heard the arguments. On this occasion, the SP congratulated the personnel who worked hard to collect the complete evidence of the case and bring the accused to justice.
