NOB- Bharat news:  It is not visible but coins are pouring in. It seems like money is there but it is not. It cannot be touched with the hand, it cannot be put in the wallet. If you earn one coin, if you achieve it, your life is settled that’s all. Although it is confusing, this is what crypto currency is. It is creating new records in the crypto world. It is erasing all records and rushing forward. It is in this context that the CBI, which became suspicious, entered the field. It exposed the real fraud going on behind this. The CBI has conducted raids at 60 locations across the country in connection with cryptocurrency fraud cases. The raids are being carried out in major cities across the country including Delhi NCR, Pune, Chandigarh, Nanded, Kolhapur and Bengaluru. The CBI has identified the scam as being carried out through fake websites and online fraud. It has been established that the accused duped people by imitating major crypto exchange websites. The cryptocurrency scam started in 2015. It was run by Amit Bharadwaj (deceased), Ajay Bharadwaj and their agents. These individuals created websites under the name GainBitcoin under several other names. People were lured into investing in cryptocurrency under a Ponzi scheme. All these websites were operated by VariableTech Private Limited, CBI officials have concluded. Amit Bharadwaj (deceased) and Ajay Bharadwaj, who were involved in the cryptocurrency scam, asked investors to invest in Bitcoin for 18 months in this scheme. In return, they promised a 10 percent return. Investors were encouraged to buy Bitcoin from exchanges and invest with GainBitcoin through cloud mining contracts.
