NOB- Hyderabad news: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy unveiled the Medaram Maha Jatara poster on 27.01.2024 evening.Ministers Sitakka, Konda Surekha, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Ponnam Prabhakar, CM’s advisor Narender Reddy and officials were present in this program. Medaram is the largest tribal fair in Asia. Lakhs of devotees will come to see Sammakka – Saralamma dieties.Medaram fair will be held from February 21st to 24th 2024. The government is taking all kinds of measures so that the devotees do not face any problem. Facilities like roads, drinking water and toilets have been established.
Mulugu District Collector Tripathi inspected the progress of the Medaram fair on 27.01.2024. The Collector inspected the development works of Haritha Hotel, temple surroundings, R&B Guest House, English Medium School and Oorattam Road. He said that the temporary works and the works to be done from time to time are being completed as planned. Officials are at the field level and are monitoring the work. It was revealed that the progress of the work is being checked every day. He said that reports are being taken from time to time on the progress of the works.
