Copper wire thieves arrested Dharmapuri, Telangana

According to Dharmapuri CI Billa Koteshwar, two thieves, who were involved in breaking transformers and stealing copper wire in different villages of Dharmapuri and Velgaturu mandals, were caught roaming suspiciously in the Kamalpur square of Dharmapuri town on 14.04.2023 morning. The details were disclosed in a press conference at the circle office on 14.04.2023. Rayapatnam in Dharmapuri mandal, Gullakota in Velgaturu mandal, and Stambhampalli in Rayapatura mandal on the orders of District SP Bhaskar and DSP Ratnapuram Prakash under the directions  of CI Billa Koteshwar, raids were conducted by 2 special teams, Gummula Anil of Dharmapuri and Gurrala Chanti of Godavari mine were accused. The CI said that after questioning the accused who were walking suspiciously with the bags, they were arrested and interrogated and the accused confessed of stealing 80 kg of copper wire. He said that they confessed that they are selling the stolen wire to people from Vemulawada and Dharmapuri. District SP congratulated CI Billa Koteshwar, Dharmapuri, Velgaturu, SIs Eluri Kiran Kumar, Naresh, Head Constable Salim, Ashok, Shankar, Constables Shekhar, Ramesh, Naveen, Venkatesh and Mallesh for their plan in catching the accused.
