NOB- Delhi news: CS Shanthikumari met with senior Supreme Court lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi and some other lawyers on HCU forest lands. Discussions on the report to be submitted to the Supreme Court on the 16th April 2025, questions asked by the amicus curiae. On the other hand, ‘Be the Change Welfare Society’ petition in the Supreme Court on HCU lands. The petition includes the Central Government, Telangana Government, the Principal Chief Conservator of the Forest Department, Additional Secretary, HCU Registrar, TGIIC Director and others as respondents. The Supreme Court is deeply angry and says that if its orders are not followed regarding these lands, the CS will be sent to jail. The Supreme Court is already taking up this case suo moto and hearing it.
