NOB- Delhi news: MLC Kavita got a big shock once again. The Delhi High Court denied her bail in the CBI and ED cases related to the liquor policy scam. It is known that Kavita has recently approached the High Court seeking bail. The court that inquired into this rejecting Kavitha’s petition refused bail. It is known that Kavitha, who was arrested in the liquor scam case in March 2024, is currently staying in Tihar Jail in Delhi. But Kavitha had earlier petitioned the Rouse Avenue court for bail. But the court on May 6th 2024  rejected her bail applications and did not grant her bail. Challenging the order given by the trial court, Kavitha approached the Delhi High Court. Kavitha is the only woman among the 50 accused in the liquor case. Kavitha’s lawyer asked the court to grant bail considering this matter. The court, after hearing the arguments of the CBI and ED, including the arguments of Kavitha’s counsel, reserved the judgment for July 1st 2024. In the end, the Delhi High Court also refused bail, and Kavitha faced another setback.
