NOB- Gujrat news: A couple in Gujarat repeated the scene to run away. Geeta Ahir (22) was having an extramarital affair with Bharat (21). They wanted to go away and live. In this process, Harjibhai Solanki (56) was killed, Geeta’s clothes and bandages were put on his body and he was burnt. They were finally caught by the police. According to the details given by the police, Geeta Ahir (22), a married woman from Jakhotra, had been having an extramarital affair with Bharat (21) for some time. Due to this, both of them wanted to go away and live. Geeta drew a sketch saying that if they woke up, they would definitely be caught. Taking inspiration from the popular Telugu film Drishyam, she created a scene in which she pretended to be dead and wanted to start a new life with her boyfriend. As per the plan, Bharat gave a lift to an old man who was walking on the road. After reaching a deserted place, he stabbed him to death. One night, his body was taken to a pond. That same night, Geeta, who had come out of the house to get petrol, put Geeta’s clothes and bandages on the old man’s body and set it on fire with petrol. The police seized the half-burnt body the next morning. On the other hand, Geeta’s husband complained to the police that his wife was missing. Geeta’s husband thought that it was his wife’s body when he saw a body near the pond wearing Geeta’s clothes and bandages. But during the police investigation, it turned out that it was the dead body of a man. The couple was caught at Palanpur railway station before fleeing to Rajasthan. The incident became a sensation locally.
