Everything is ready for Group 1 exam arrangements : Collector Adwait Kumar Singh

NOB- Mahabubabad news: District Collector Adwait Kumar Singh along with District Additional Collector Local Body Lenin Vatsal Toppo and Group 1 Regional Coordinator Srinivasa Rao held a review meeting on the arrangements for Group 1 exams on 07.06.2024 at the District Collector Conference Hall with the relevant authorities. In this review meeting, District Collector Advait Kumar Singh said that all arrangements have been made to conduct the Group One examination in full force, and there are 12 centers in the district, 7 in Mahbubad and 5 in Thorur. In these arrangements, there are six route officers and 34 biometric invigilators in 3 routes. District Additional Collector Local Body Lenin Vatsal Toppo acted as the nodal officer and said that steps should be taken to ensure smooth conduct of the examination. He said that 4412 candidates will appear for the Group 1 preliminary examination to be held on 09.06.2024. He said that 82 people have been arranged as part of the invigilation arrangements.

He said that two persons have been appointed as Center Observers of Examination Centers, 12 persons have been appointed as Chief Superintendents, 34 persons have been appointed as Biometric Surveillance and 53 persons have been appointed as Checking Squad. The District Collector said that the officials of the examination center should cooperate in order to conduct the examination in a calm manner by following the TGPSC norms in the examination centers. TGPSC Group 1 Preliminary Exam Rules

1. Candidates should use only black and blue ball pens.

2. Only original hall ticket should be carried.  Passport size photograph on the hall ticket. The photograph should be pasted at the place indicated on the hall ticket.

3. Only hall ticket printed on A4 size paper with color printer is allowed.

4. Electronic equipment for examination center  eg. Mobiles, watch and other devices should not be brought.

5. Ladies should not wear mehndi on fingers as attendance will be taken through biometric thumb impression.

6. Only sandals are allowed in the examination center.

7. If the examination center is visited one day in advance then there is no need to search on the day of examination.

8. Examination centers will be open at 9.30 am

 9. The examination will be conducted from 10.30 am to 1.00 pm.

10. The center invigilator may come wearing a wrist watch to check the examination time of the candidates.

11. Candidates appearing for the examination should attach the passport photographs taken within three months on the hall ticket.

12. PWD candidates will be allotted more time to write the examination as mentioned in their hall tickets.

13. To download hall ticket download hall ticket through www.tspsc.gov.in website.

14. If the photograph in the downloaded hall ticket is not correct, then the candidate must bring 3 passport size photographs attested by the principal / gazetted officer of the institution of last education.

15. The hall ticket should be preserved till the result even if the examination is completed.
