Fake certificates manufacturing gang arrested

NOB-Darabad news: Maheswaram SOT, Chaitanyapuri police busted a gang of fake certificates in the city. The police have arrested three members of a seven-member gang who were manufacturing fake degree certificates and selling them to unemployed young women and men. The arrested persons have been identified by the police as Mohammad Abrar Hussain (45) of Mehdipatnam, Syed Insanen Mohammad (28) and Ramsingh of Uttar Pradesh state. Police seized fake educational documents of Mahatma Gandhi, Varanasi Kashi Vidyapeethik, Ambedkar University Bihar, 2 mobile phones and a laptop from the accused. Police said that these fake degree documents are being produced from various universities to earn easy money. Apart from this, they said that they will provide fake certificates to those who are going abroad. They said that for the last two years, they have been charging Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 3,000 commission for providing education certificates to consultancy agencies. Police said that a case has been registered against the accused under section 420,468,471, r/w 34 and sent to remand.
