
NOB- Thane news: Police from Thane in Maharashtra arrested a youth who was printing fake notes. The youth allegedly learned how to print fake money from the online platform YouTube. At present, the police have recovered more than two lakh fake notes from the accused. A police team is engaged in further investigation. The matter is related to Raigarh. Maharashtra Police arrested the accused from Panvel taluk. The youth’s name is Prafulla Govind Patil. He is 26 years old. Prafulla Patil lived in Taloja area of Navi Mumbai. He studied till ninth standard where he failed.
They received secret information that fake notes were being printed. After that, the team set a trap and took information on YouTube to print fake notes, police said. After this he printed these notes with the help of computer and printer. A total of 1443 fake notes of Rs.10, 20, 50, 100, 200 have been seized from Prafulla Patil so far. He has been printing these fake notes for the last four months. So far he has printed lakhs of rupees notes. The investigation is going on from the point of view of how many notes have come into circulation. On this occasion, the accused Prafulla Patil told the police that he has been away from his family for many days due to financial problems. So they started printing those notes. He also used some notes. In this order, he issued fake notes in a shop. At the same time, the shopkeeper got suspicious of the note given by Prafulla and called the police and informed the matter, the police arrested Prafulla with fake notes.
