NOB- Sircilla news: A golden saree will be kept from Sircilla at the feet of Sri Ramachandra of Ayodhya. Sircilla weaver Hariprasad will present the golden saree made by himself to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 26th of January 2024.  BJP National General Secretary, MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar visited Hariprasad’s residence in Sircilla on 18.01.2024 evening and examines a self-made gold saree by Hari Prasad. It is remarkable that along with the image of Lord Ram, the images conveying the theme of Ramayana are incorporated in the saree. The saree made of 8 grams of gold and 20 grams of silver is dazzling. On this occasion Bandi Sanjay congratulated Hariprasad who made a wonderful saree. After being felicitated with a shawl, speaking to the media, the gold saree made by Sircilla weaver Hariprasad himself was very good on the occasion of the Prana Pratishta of Sri Ram’s statue in Ayodhya on 22nd of January 2024. He said that he will present the saree to the Prime Minister on 26th of January 2024. Sircilla district has a history of keeping sari in a match box to British in the past. There is a great need to promote the handloom sector which has such a great skill. He promised to do his best to help the handloom workers.
