NOB-Hyderabad news: Telangana State Governor Jishnudev Verma on 01.10.2024 approved the ordinance brought by the government giving wide powers to Hydra.  This will legitimize all activities that HYDRA will undertake henceforth. This Act is proposed to be introduced and passed in the upcoming assembly sessions. Till then this ordinance is for the protection of HYDRA. Almost all necessary powers related to occupations and share acquisitions have been tied up. Examination of encroachments, issuance of notices, removal is now in the hands of HYDRA.
