Green flags planted on the seized govt lands

NOB_ Green flags for government land

NOB- Bhadradri Kothagudem news: In Dammapeta, Bhadradri Kothagudem district, the Adivasi Rights Struggle Committee under the leadership of Tudum Deva submitted a memorandum to the Tahsildar office to survey the seized government lands in the Dammapeta mandal area and distribute them to the landless poor. They said that about ten thousand acres of government land in the Dammapeta area is in the hands of bigwigs and government lands have been seized. Despite repeated requests, the Revenue Department has not responded. Government lands have been reported in many newspapers. Even after writing news that thousands of acres have been encroached, there has been no response. Unlike anywhere else in the state of Telangana, a few thousand acres of government lands have been encroached on in the Dhammapada area alone. They should be identified immediately and distributed to the landless poor. When the authorities responded, they warned that green flags would be planted on the encroached government lands under the leadership of Tudam Deva. Tamballa Ravi, Surya Narayana, Polaiah, Kantharao, Prasad, Venkatamma, Savitri, Lakshmi and others participated in this program.
