
NOB- Telangana news: HUJ-TWJF leaders demanded 50 percent fee subsidy for children of journalists in private and corporate educational institutions. Hyderabad DEO Rohini responded positively and issued orders and appealed to journalists to make good use of this opportunity. The Telangana government has given good news to journalists. At a time when education has become a business in cities and towns, the common and middle class are unable to admit their children in corporate educational institutions. In this context, the government has announced 50 percent fee subsidy in private and corporate schools for children of working journalists. Hyderabad District Education Officer Rohini issued orders to this effect. DEO R. Rohini has advised the managements to provide up to 50 percent concession in private and corporate schools to the children of journalists working in Hyderabad district. She issued the orders in this regard on 10.06.2025. DEO Rohini responded positively to the request made by Hyderabad Union of Journalists (HUJ-TWJF) President B. Arun Kumar and Secretary B. Jagadishwar on this issue and issued these orders. She directed the Deputy EOs and Deputy EOSs (MEOs) to take appropriate action. On this occasion, HUJ-TWJF leaders Arun Kumar and Jagadishwar thanked DEO Rohini and appealed to journalists in Hyderabad to make good use of this opportunity.
