High Court shock to Minister Koppula Eshwar

NOB-Hyderabad news: Minister Koppula Eshwar got a big shock in the High Court. He suffered a setback in the case of a petition filed to invalidate his election as an MLA. His closest Congress candidate Laxman filed a petition in the High Court claiming that the election of Koppula Eshwar was invalid. A petition for interim orders was recently filed by the minister, and the High Court has been investigating it for some time.
Laxman has been fighting a legal battle for the last four years, claiming that Koppula Eshwar has committed irregularities in the election and seeking to disqualify him. In addition, petitions were filed to impeach him as an MLA, claiming that he had submitted a false affidavit in the election. The High Court, which took up the inquiry on these petitions, ordered a recount of the votes a few months ago. When the officials tried to open the strong rooms, the locks were missing and there was a commotion. After that the locks were broken and the strong rooms were opened and some documents were missing. The officials submitted the remaining documents to the High Court.
