According to the police, a couple named Jagannatham (50) and Tulsi (45) live in Chandanagar. The couple has been quarrelling for the past few days due to the suspicion that the wife is having an extra-marital affair. Since, both couple had differences in this issue, so wife is living alone. Tulsi makes a living running a curry point in Old AIG Colony. The husband was furious. He came to her house on 05.06.2024 night and got into a fight with her. As the confrontation escalated, Jagannatham took a knife and slit her throat and ran away. When the victim screamed, the locals responded and rushed her to the hospital.
