1. Roadside encroachments                   -RS.100 to Rs. 1000 as per Motor Vehicle Act
2. Touching stop line during signal         -Rs.100
3. Blockage of free left                           -Rs.1000
4. Parking on pedestrians                       -Rs.600
5. Vendors on footpath                           – heavy fines

30 percent space should be reserved for parking in high rise residential complexes and educational institutions, 40 percent space should be reserved for hotels, lodges, commercial buildings and 60 percent space should be reserved for shopping malls and multiplexes if not provided strict action will be taken by police with the help of GHMC.
