Illegal storage of gas cylinders at a graveyard

NOB-Hyderabad news: In an incident that has created a sensation in Hyderabad, the Task Force police carried out a major operation. Police arrested 10 accused individuals in Banjara Hills who were illegally storing gas cylinders and selling them at inflated prices. This illicit operation came to light during a joint raid conducted by the Jubilee Hills Zone Task Force and the Banjara Hills police.

Mohammed Ameer, Proprietor of “Metro Gas Agency.”

Modus Operandi:

Operating the business from a base in Shamshabad. Illegally storing gas cylinders at a graveyard located near Nagarjuna X Roads in Banjara Hills. Selling the cylinders from that location to consumers at prices exceeding government-fixed rates.

Police Action:

Acting on credible intelligence, the team led by Task Force Inspector Yadender conducted a raid and handed over the accused individuals, along with the seized items, to the Banjara Hills police. The police took strict action against an illegal gas trade that posed a threat to public safety and dismantled a large network.
