
NOB-New Delhi news: Delhi CM Kejriwal surrendered on 02.06.2024 in Tihar Jail. It is known that the Supreme Court recently granted conditional interim bail to Kejriwal to campaign for the Lok Sabha elections. He went back to jail after the interim bail expired on June 2nd 2024.While CM Kejriwal filed a petition in the Supreme Court to extend the interim bail given to him for a week due to illness, the petition was rejected by the Supreme Court. After leaving Kejriwal’s house, he paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat in the middle of the route. After that he visited the Hanuman Temple in Connaught Place and got the blessings of Lord Hanuman. Before surrendering, he visited the office of AAP party and discussed with the activists and party leaders. After that, he surrendered himself in Tihar Jail.
