NOB-Amaravati news: The annual Brahmotsavams of Kodanda Ramaiah are going on in Ontimitta. On the fifth day, in the morning, Sita Rama and Lakshmana paraded in Mohini adornment. Pandits decorated the Swami Ammavar with flower garlands and gold ornaments. Jagadabhi Ramaiah got a vahana seva in the ancient streets amidst the music of auspicious instruments.Devotees offered camphor aartis to the Swami at every step. A large number of devotees gathered. However, on 11.04.2025, the wedding ceremony of Kodanda Rama will be held in Ontimitta. On the full moon day, Rama the wedding ceremony will be held between 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm.Everything is ready for the wedding ceremony of Sita Rama TTD has prepared one lakh pearl talambra packets to distribute to devotees.Now, on 11.04.2025 Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will come to Kadapa and will participate in the wedding ceremony of Kodanda Ramalayam in Ontimitta. On behalf of the government, he will offer silk clothes and pearl talambras to Lord Rama.CM Chandrababu will stay at the TTD guest house in Ontimitta for the night. On the 12.04.2025, he will leave for Vijayawada from Kadapa Airport.Meanwhile, the Brahmotsavams of Sri Kodanda Ramuni in Ontimitta are going on in full swing. Brahmotsavams are being held at the Kodanda Ramalayam in Ontimitta, which is known as the second Ayodhya, from the 7th to the 14th of April 2025.As part of the Brahmotsavams, Sri Ram Navami, Hanumatseva, on 10.04.2025 Garuda Seva, on 11.04.2025 evening from 6.30 pm to night the wedding of Sri Sitarama will be held with great pomp and show till 9.30 pm. On behalf of the government, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will offer silk clothes and pearls to the Lord. Later, Gaja Vahana Seva will be performed.The chariot festival will be held on 12.04.2025. The Brahmotsavams will end with Chakrasnanam in the morning and Dhwajava Rohanam in the night on 14.04.2025. Also, TTD is making arrangements to hold a flower festival on April 15th 2025 from 5.30 pm to 9 pm.
