NOB- New Delhi news: MLC Kavitha clarified that she has nothing to do with the Delhi liquor scam case. She clarified that she did not get any financial gain. She expressed that she was the victim in this case and that she was made a victim in the liquor case. To this extent she wrote a four page letter to the ED court judge. She said that the ED does not have any evidence that she did anything wrong. She said that no evidence was found in the two and a half year case investigation. It is alleged that she was arrested with the statement of other accused who were arrested in this case. She said that there is more media trailer in this case. Media investigation is more than CBI and ED investigation. She said that her mobile number was shown in all the channels and violated her privacy. She expressed her displeasure that her political influence was being described in a way that would hurt her. Regarding this case, she has already attended the inquiry four times. She also handed over her phones to the investigating agencies, but they falsely accused her of destroying them. She said that 95 percent of the cases registered by ED and CBI are related to opposition leaders. Addressing the opposition leaders as parliament witnesses, the BJP leaders reminded them that ‘if they don’t shut up, we will send an ED’. Kavitha appealed in the letter that she is ready to fully cooperate in the investigation of the liquor scam case.
