NOB- Delhi news: Anil Ambani, aka India’s leading businessman is once again under tension over the notice of crores of rupees. The notice stated that a company belonging to Anil Ambani has received a final notice to pay a huge sum of Rs.2,599 crores. They have only 15 days to return such a huge amount. According to media reports, DMRC has sent a notice to Reliance Infra Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Limited (DAMEPL). In this they asked for a refund of Rs.2,599 crore including interest at SBI prime lending rate +2%. The payment should be made within 15 days. If not paid, DMRC will take legal action against Anil Ambani DAMEPL for contempt of court. According to the notice, when the DMRC passed the preliminary judgment against Axis Bank Ltd. in its escrow account Rs. 2,599 crores deposited. Now DMRC is giving 15 days time to Anil Ambani company to return this amount has become a big tension for Anil Ambani.
