NOB-Medak news: Sangareddy District Collector Vallur Kranti said that all officials should be ready for the upcoming Parliament elections. A review meeting was held with the officials on 16.02.2024 along with District Collector Kranti, District SP Rupesh on the occasion of Parliament Elections. Speaking on this occasion, the Collector suggested that all officials should work hard to ensure that hundred percent polling is recorded as the aim of conducting free and fair elections. They said that polling will be held in the district for five parliamentary seats and the election process will go smoothly only when the officials of various departments are assigned work and perform their assigned work efficiently. It is suggested to pay attention to the problems faced in the last elections and overcome them. The officials were advised to ensure that wheelchairs and Braille ballot papers are available in each center as per requirement. Later, SP Rupesh said that there are 9 check posts in the district and more check posts will be set up as per the need. Border check posts will be set up in all parts of the district to prevent illegal money and liquor movement, he said. He said that all the people of the district should adhere to the election code of conduct and no one should make comments that denigrate other parties or individuals. He said that if anyone posts false information regarding the election on social media and groups, it will be a violation of the election rules.Additional Collector Chandrasekhar, Kamareddy Additional Collector Manuchaudhary, Additional SP Sanjiva Rao, officials from various departments and revenue divisional officials participated in this review meeting.
