Union Minister Kishan Reddy revealed that the Center is making preparations for the establishment of Outer Ring Rail in Hyderabad and will allocate Rs.14 crores for the survey. Speaking at a media conference in Delhi on 28.06.2023 he said that RRR and Outer Ring Rail will benefit Hyderabad a lot. He said that the railway project will be parallel to the regional ring road.

Kishan Reddy said that the center has decided to build the RRR road. The 350 km RRR road will connect many districts of Telangana. He said that the RRR project is going to be taken up with Rs.26 thousand crores and the details of the project have been provided to the state government. Kishan Reddy said that 50 percent of the cost of land acquisition will be borne by the Centre. Along with the allocation of Rs.330 crores for the second phase of MMTS, MMTS rail will be established between Ghatkesar and Rayagiri with central funds.

Meanwhile, the Union Cabinet has taken many important decisions. The Cabinet approved the National Research Foundation Bill to strengthen the research sector in the country. Cabinet approves implementation of schemes for farmers, soil fertility, food security and environment, continuation of urea subsidy scheme with Rs 3,68,676 crore for three years, support price of sugarcane increased by Rs 315 crore
