Due to increase in global warming the spread of deadly organisms that can withstand higher temperatures is at raise as reported by Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC).
A lethal amoebic disease called amoebic meningoencephalitis (PAM) caused by Naegleria fowleri. This causes staggering mind contamination by entering into the cerebrum part of brain through olfactory nerves that means nerves from nose.
This organism grows well in fresh water, lakes and streams and makes humans as its best host. As per the CDC reports it is fastly spreading in northwards in US. This spreading is suspected due to increase in usage of different water sources in water sports, recreational areas etc., as a part of entertainment by many people.
Once this parasite has entered into the human brain it slowly starts feeding on cerebrum part of brain causing death of human. It is also reported that similar cases were seen in 2010 but the intensity of spreading was not that much fast as compared to recent reports.
So scientists say to be careful with this parasite by US citizens as most of the recent cases were reported in US.
