Details of the accused: Beniya Jagabandhu @ Pothuraj, age (27) years.

The accused Beniya Jagabandhu @ Pothuraj (27) was identified and arrested near the Meliyaputti flyover. A total of 78.205 grams of gold ornaments, 38 grams of silver ornaments and Rs.10,000/- cash were seized from him, Inspector A. Vijaya Kumar said in a statement on 06.12.2025 evening.
