NOB- Prayagraj news:  President Draupadi Murmu participated in the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. She took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam. After that, she offered prayers. Earlier, the President reached UP in a special flight. There, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Governor Anandiben Patel welcomed her. From there, she reached Prayagraj in a special vehicle and took a holy dip. The President will stay in Prayagraj for more than eight hours. She will visit the Bade Hanuman Temple and the sacred Akshayvat tree. Similarly, she will inspect the Digital Kumbh Anubhav Center set up at the Kumbh Mela site. She will leave Prayagraj for New Delhi at 5.45 pm on 10.02.2025. In this context, security arrangements have been tightened. Devotees are flocking to the Maha Kumbh Mela. Crores of devotees have already taken holy dips. A large number of devotees have come from not only the country but also from abroad and are taking holy dips. Diplomats from the respective countries have already come and taken holy dips. The UP government has made special arrangements for the devotees. Tight security arrangements have been made to prevent any untoward incident.
